A shared calendar with a Bun in it

Who's free Saturday?

Bunchday is a calendar you share with your people. Your partner, your roommates, your family, that group chat that can never agree on a date. Everyone's plans end up in one place, so nobody has to ask "wait, what time?" again.

Today

Your whole day, gaps and all.

Your plans line up on a timeline, and the free time in between gets a name. An hour and a half at noon? That's a lunch window. Three free hours on a Tuesday? Go do something fun.

  • A quick hello each morning with what's on, what's due and when you're free.
  • Hit Plan my day and your to-dos slot themselves into the gaps.
  • Already use Apple, Google or Outlook? Those events show up here too.
Month

The whole month, everyone in their own colour.

Flip between just you, you and your partner, your friends or your family. Or see everyone at once. Each group has its own colour, so even a packed week makes sense.

  • Zoom in or out, from six hours all the way to a full year.
  • Tell Bun how today went and Month remembers it with a little face.
  • Got school stuff? Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, Schoology and Moodle all plug in, and so does any calendar link.
Together

When's everyone free?

Everyone shares when they're busy. Not what they're doing, unless they want to. Bunchday looks at the week and tells you when you're all free, so the group chat doesn't have to.

  • See how long you've all got free together today.
  • Need two hours? Say how long and it finds the first time that works.
  • Can't decide? Send a quick vote and let everyone pick.
Plans

Plans people actually reply to.

Send a plan and everyone taps Going, Maybe or Can't. No more "who's in?" getting buried in the chat. You can see who's coming, where it is, and who sent a heart.

  • Running late? Tap it and everyone waiting sees your ETA.
  • Add photos after and they pop back up on the same day next year.
  • Booked something? Bunchday spots it in Gmail or Outlook and asks before adding it.
Tasks and lists

To-dos that find their own time.

Type "call Dad tomorrow, urgent" and it goes to tomorrow, marked urgent. Chores can be split evenly, so it's not always the same person taking the bins out.

  • Lists for everything. Groceries, packing, recipes, chores, parties, school runs, the dog. Sixteen kinds in all.
  • Groceries sorted by aisle, plus a nudge when you walk into the shop.
  • Paste a recipe, say how many you're feeding, and the ingredients go straight on the shopping list.
  • Don't feel like typing? Hold the mic and say it.
Ask Bun

Just ask Bun.

What's next? Am I free this afternoon? What's on the shopping list? Bun knows, because Bun can see your calendar and lists. It can add stuff for you too.

  • It all happens on your phone. Your plans don't get sent anywhere to answer a question.
  • Works with Siri and Shortcuts.
Your Bun

Everyone gets a Bun.

Pick a colour, then pick a hat. Or a bow, or headphones, or a crown if you're feeling fancy. Your Bun is you in the app, and your app icon can match it.

  • Each group gets its own space for plans, to-dos, countdowns and files.
  • Tickets and permission slips stay on your phone, locked with Face ID.
  • Invite people with a link or a QR code. They don't need an account.
Recap

Your month, wrapped.

When the month ends you get a little recap. How many plans you made, how many hours you spent together, who you saw the most and how the days felt. Then send it to the group chat.
